Phase I: Build The Foundation
Module 1: Strengthen Posture
Why is correct posture so important?
Poor posture causes inefficient movement patterns which lead to injuries
Module II: Ankle, Hip & Pelvic Stability
The foot must properly interact with the ground while walking and running
The pelvis must be stabilized when transferring weight from one foot to the other while walking, jogging & sprinting
Module III: Vertical Movement
Have the strength and flexibility to take the knee through a deep squat
Have the power to jump
Module IV: Strong, Mobile Shoulders
Have strength and mobility around the shoulder joints
