Phase I: Build The Foundation

Module 1: Strengthen Posture

Why is correct posture so important?

  • Poor posture causes inefficient movement patterns which lead to injuries


Module II: Ankle, Hip & Pelvic Stability

  • The foot must properly interact with the ground while walking and running

  • The pelvis must be stabilized when transferring weight from one foot to the other while walking, jogging & sprinting


Module III: Vertical Movement

  • Have the strength and flexibility to take the knee through a deep squat

  • Have the power to jump


Module IV: Strong, Mobile Shoulders

  • Have strength and mobility around the shoulder joints
